The search for +Bethlehem USA hasn't reached this point yet, with the
appointment about a year ago (?) of an interim bishop.  There are  no
candidates nominated yet.
 
But I do recall on the last bishop go-round that there was a somewhat
greater geographical distribution of the candidates than there is in  this
list which are all generally from the South USA.  
 
I was a voting delegate some years ago
to an election of +Eau Claire (Wisconsin), and the same wide spread  was
seen there.  In the end we voted in an Oklahoman - not exactly next  door
to that Diocese.
