I now have a diagnosis and ask for prayers. I have myelodisplastic 
syndrome  aka refractory anemia with ringed sideroblasts. At this point 
I go back ion three months for blood work. No new meds. I am used to the 
tiredness, weakness, and occasional shortness of breath. Eventually I 
may require transfusions and beyond that - who knows.
