I hasten to add that the altar at St Luke's here in Scranton (depicted in that 
Great Altars book from 1914 in Google Books) was paid for by John Jermyn's 
Children.

His legacy also contributed mightily to the current endowment fund which is 
close to $10-million (not bad for a parish with an ASA of about 30 these days).
