[Magdalen] Rest in Peace Bp Mark Dyer

Bishop Dyer and Amy meant so much to our daughter Ginny when she was at VTS
and beyond.  They presented her for ordination to the priesthood.  He was
such a good and holy man.  Thank God for his life.
