I am delighted to hear that ++Justin has made that clear.  Various 
provinces of the Communion have declared themselves in communion with 
other Churches, as TEC has done with ELCA through CCM, but that does not 
make them part of the Anglican Communion, of which ++Justin is the Focus 
of Unity.
