That is just terrible. I know how hard it is to wait and wait to find out
things you anticipate or dread. I will pray for you.
And your world does seem to be overwhelmed with sad events just now.
A wound that does not heal is a nagging reminder of one's body's inability
to care for itself properly any longer. I watched Dad's legs gradually
being invaded by sores that just would not heal. He knew, I'm sure that it
was getting near the time. He died of an ailment I was never able to get
any name for, and I still fume, but that's another story, irrelevant to the
suffering of your Brother-in-law.
May God hold each of you close.
