[Magdalen] USA Supreme Court Declines.

I'm surprised there hasn't been more about this on this list.
 
The USA Supreme Court has DECLINED to hear arguments 
regarding 11 states that are appealing lower court decisions to
allow same sex marriage.
 
This actually means, then, that same sex marriage is legal in these
11 states.  It's being viewed as a big victory for justice for  GLBT's.
