Well, you could have vinho verde, a lovely Portuguese wine, although it
isn't really green in color....the "green" refers to it being not aged.
However, it's more of a summer drink. We lovingly refer to it as "summer in
a glass".

Congratulations on the new rector! Perhaps he's northern Irish?
