[Magdalen] Prayers for my knee

Went to see the orthopedic surgeon yesterday afternoon. Surgery is scheduled 
for Wednesday, when they will reattach the quadriceps tendon to the kneecap. 
Prayers requested for no complications and (relatively) quick recovery. I'll 
continue have the brace on, keeping my right leg perfectly straight, 24/7, 
for some unspecified time thereafter.

Also, we're due to fly down to Florida on Halloween for m-in-l's memorial 
service, to be held on All Saints' Day in Clearwater. That should be 
interesting - Lee has reserved seats for me on the flights in the front row 
with all the other old gimps. Back north on Monday.

Next 2-3 weeks should be interesting - prayers requested that all goes well.
