My doctor at MSK was surprised as well. Her reaction to the long walk back and
forth (and when I told her we'd walk to the ER) was "be sure to take your cell
phone at at the least sign of pain or shortness of breath, call 911,"

The Lung Specialist here was shocked, given the number of clots he saw. He also
didn’t hear anything out of the ordinary with his stethoscope.

One think that has been different from normal is that my blood pressure has
ranged from high to sky high since I've been here.

As late as June its been steady around 130/80 but somewhat higher at MSK upon
arrival, but usually settling back during the treatment (they check it after the
Avastin).

Meanwhile Albert's here with me and helps by disconnecting the IV pump from the
wall and pushing it along when I need the bathroom, and reconnecting upon return
to bed.

I keep telling them I need to stretch my legs by walking down and the walking
back up the 7 floors between me and terra firms.

Cheers,
Jim
