They must be even more out of their time zone when talking to the US than they are for the UK.  They are a pain in the gluteus maximus.

I tend to get India call centers, and it's sometimes hilarious to hear the names they use as aliases...Glenn? Peggy? Like their own name is unacceptable to use with customers. I suppose they get enough jerks who give them a hard time or hang up.
