The Cathedral in Eau Claire always had the "communion" hymn
sung at the conclusion of communion and with congregation
on knees.
 
On one occasion, someone, somehow, scheduled "Stand Up, Stand Up
for Jesus" as the communion hymn.  This started out on our knees, 
but the tittering in the choir and congregation got so obvious that  the
choir just stood up, and the congregation followed.
 
At least they were paying attention to the hymn text!
