My high school chemistry teacher -- Ben Alden Watford -- used all manner of anthropomorphic descriptions as well as metaphors of sometimes wild form to teach this stuff. And as a result, everyone in his classes passed the NY State Regents Chemistry Exam. It was a tough test, and the students in other classes didn’t do nearly as well. Cheers, Jim
