[Magdalen] Cortisone injections

Am heading downtown in a little while for some cortisone injections, and
I'm a bit apprehensive.  I'm not sure whether I'm getting just one in my
shoulder or also one in my cervical spine, thought I think just the former
for now.  At any rate, even though I've had a number of these over the
years, I'm always nervous.  Some of them have hurt like H***!  And, of
course, anything involving the spine is twice as nerve-wracking...

I've always had a high tolerance for pain, but it doesn't seem to be quite
as high as it used to be.  ;^}
