Click on the English tab on the screen, and then click on the closed
caption icon at the bottom right hand side of the screen.

The version I originally saw was set up to display in english, but I could
not get a source of that.  This was the best I could find, and I got it to
display the English subtitles.

I was concerned that it might not be compatible with all devices. Darn.
