Perhaps he is aptly named - or should it be "Great flow" (of) Dollar  (s)!
 
This gives us a bad name as Christians - and I say this as a Conservative  
Evangelical - Charismatic Christian too.

and the flamboyant religious  businessman went quiet… until this week, when
