Space-saving concept. You're right. We're not allowed charcoal grilles at the pool any more. I do wonderful things with a professional hotplate, a convection oven, and an electric frying pan. Works fine. I would never buy from Best Buy or Home Depot. I call a local appliance shop and tell them make&model and they order&deliver -M
