[Magdalen] How do you buy a stove?

Actually I have a gas stove with a black tempered glass top.
Very handsome retro look.

To clean it I remove the cast-iron burner rings & pile them
in the sink, spray the surface with Method spray cleaner,
wipe hard, spray with Windex, buff with a soft rag,
replace the burner rings. Comes out great, black & shiny.

>From time to time I have to scrub out the main burner well
with a Dobie.

Had this stove 25+ years. No stains yet, no scratches, and
 no complaints from me.

The gas oven, on the other hand :-(
