Any one families with Lord Abbot.  I was forced to cash my accout out to
live when jobless in the recession.  My kind father left me a quarter
portion if what was left in his.  I after trying f all the banks even TD.
cannot obtain a MADALLION Signature also called an embassy signature. My
siblings told me in when I was in the states a Notary signature would be
fine.  So I got that.  But Lord Abbot won't accept it.  So I can't open a
an account to inherit the fund. They can't change my Dad'swishes so one of
my siblinds could get it.   so the company gets to keep it  I proved that
being a housewife part worker means your nothing in financial society.    I
know how the US hates ny dual like citizen ship.  any ideas on a way to
negotiate with them?
