Lynn, I'm assuming mom has been pumping from the beginning. The twins received nothing but breast milk through the feeding tubes from the beginning--my daughter brought it from home, several bottles at a time. It was almost a month before they could suck, but once they could, breast feeding proceeded just fine.

He is still receiving nourishment through a nose tube, and has had a difficult time sucking from the beginning, so it's been hard for mom to get breast feeding going. I didn't ask too many questions but it was good to see the three of them together. It look like it will be Wednesday at the earliest that he might be released.
