[Magdalen] Prayers, please. - Work.

prayers for being 'in the moment'... I so often worry about what 'might
happen'. I am slowly learning (helped by this technique 'working') that I
spent way too much energy thinking about what-if, or what-will-I-do. It's
not easy but it eventually has changed my well being.

When I stand before God at the end of my life I would hope that I have not a
single bit of talent left and could say, "I used everything You gave me."
