[Magdalen] Minor Operation

Next Thursday I'm to have minor surgery to fix a hernia. They are to keep
me for one or two days as I have no one to be with me for twenty four hours
after the procedure. Your prayers are appreciated.

This will give time for me to be fully recovered to celebrate fifty years
as a priest on September 29.
