Going through the drive-thru just a bit ago, my food was handed to me by someone who greeted me with "Hi!"  It was one of the young ladies who's sold me pre-dawn coffee for the last couple years.  I replied "Hi, you! Seein' you in the evening this time!... Christina, is it?"  "Yep.  And this is my last week."  "Heading off to college?"  "Nope.  I got a job in a law firm."  "Well, enjoy your success!"  I failed to ask which law firm, or even if it's local, but if it is local, there's a good chance an entry-level youngie like her will be dealing with me every now and again, so much contact do I have with nearly all the local law firms via my job.

It's just nice to encounter a young, energetic, happy young person.  Reminds me of me long ago.  None of you knew this at the time, but I was going to transform the world.  I don't think I quite achieved my goal!
