The Social Security building where it happened is conveniently (sic) located only a few hundred yards away from the CHP building. Confirmation of two dead, two wounded. Most likely domestic incident-related. Police "believe" they have the suspect in custody? Oh, THAT'S reassuring...! Prayers for the victims.
