Judging by the view from above on Google Maps it looks to be a nice 
little property with its own jetty and a little catamaran sitting there 
on the water.  I do wonder, though, about all those big (or perhaps BIG) 
packages across the front of the house.  They look to be wrapped in 
green plastic.
