"Father/Mother Firstname" and "Bishop Firstname" sound quite U.K. to
me, and/or monastic. Wish we did that more. Our bishop is often called
Bishop Jeff. Our priest in charge is often called Father Shane. Here
in the USA that seems more familiar and friendly, but in C of E and
monastic circles it's just how it's done.
