Lust for fun, encourage using a different tune than Old Hundredth. If the 
congregation objects, note that without the text it doesn’t mean anything, but 
if the text must also have Old Hundredth, they're only playing church on Sunday.

I haven’t encountered it in A-C parishes in a long time. It does get attached 
with use of traditional Anglican Chant Psalms however.
