I note the passing of sometime BC Sportscaster Ray Gandalf -- a thoughtful and 
interesting sports reporter who actually made sports  interesting on CBS Sunday 
Morning --the Sports equivalent to Charles Kuralt, for sure.

He was also co host with Linda Ellerbee of "Our World" one of the finest 
programs aver aired on American TV, IMNSHO.
