Hey, here's something that happened while I wasn't paying attention:

We save $300 on our healthcare benefits if I send a blood sample to a
lab so I can <echor> Know My Numbers. </echo>

Here's a comparison of selected blood-test results from 2008, 2010,
and 2015 (last month)...

Total Cholesterol (should be 100-199): 252, 195, and 141. I find this
particularly thrilling!

HDL (should be 40-59 or higher): 45, 38, and 41.

LDL (should be 0-99): 148, 114, and 72. (!)

Trigycerides (should be 0-149): 294, 213, and 140

Glucose should be 65-99 and is now 81.

A major factor may be my habitual taking of 4800 mg of fish oil daily.
Maybe less fast food as well.

I very much need to lose at least 50 pounds, but in terms of
bloodwork, I'm thrilled to keep medication off my plate as long as
possible.

TBTG. Now if I could have one of my mysterious two-stone weight losses
(I know those could mean something's wrong)...
