[Magdalen] a death in the family--prayers please

For any members of the pub who may wish to say formal prayers for Adam, but
are not sure where to start, one way to do it is to begin on page 464 of
the BCP with the Lord's Prayer, the Freedom prayer, the Commendations, and
then say the Vigil on 465, concluding in the middle of 466.

A good prayer for Jay and her family is on p. 494 in the middle of the page.
