[Magdalen] Lent Madness

I know there was some lively discussion about this last year, and I'm looking forward to it again. 
I'd like to involve folks in our parish in it this year, as well. Have any of you done this, and how did it work? 
I was thinking about getting the booklets with the fold-out brackets for those who wanted to participate and one of the large posters for our bulletin board.
