[Magdalen] sweet potato/jalapeño soup report

Enjoying a batch of this soup. I put in two jalapenos (large) and
grated in fresh ginger as well. Because I am still minus taste and
smell, all that zing comes through nicely even if the base flavour does
not. Pleasantly thick creamy mouth feel.
The doctor thinks it's my sinuses (thanks to the concussion) that are at
fault with this and also messing with my ears and that the senses will
return. Good!
