[Magdalen] SC court rules in favor of break-away church

Grace,
It is what it is, and it makes no sense.  No one is surprised with the
decision.  Mostly we're glad to be at this point.  TECSC will appeal this
decision.

Arguments were made in the federal district appeals court in Richmond last
week.  This is a case in which Bp vonRosenberg has brought suit against Bp
Lawrence for falsely advertising himself as bishop of the Episcopal Diocese
of SC.  A federal judge in Charleston said the case could not go forward
until the SC court case was completed.
