I like this OK if I remember to refrigerate it after stirring, to keep
it from separating again. And I'll never again do the brilliant thing
I did once: pour off the pesky oil. You could practically construct a
brick wall using the oil-less peanut butter as mortar.

I do like the standard Jif, Skippy, or store brand, though, as long as
it's the crunchy or extra-crunchy variety. Sometimes by the knife-ful
if I'm being naughty, otherwise in a nice PB&J with red raspberry
preserves, despite the dental annoyances the seeds sometimes cause.
