Precisely.

I know lots of people who prefer something non-alcoholic, some always and
some just from time to time.  They are not alcoholics; nor do they have
religious scruples.  They simply have varying tastes.  Why not cater to
them?

Coffee anyone?  Tonic with a bit of lime?
