Pretty amazing news from here from a delegate from my church, the cathedral - 
At its annual Council today, the Diocese of Texas voted to repeal the canon 
that prohibits clergy from living in a same-sex relationship.  The canon  
was adopted during +Ben Benitez's episcopate and will require one more vote, 
next year, to effect the repeal.  Bishop Andy Doyle supported the   change.
