There are, or at least were, restrictions on alcohol on Sundays.
 
My one trip to Salt Lake, to do some genealogy and to hear the
Tabernacle Choir on its home turf, meant travel home on a Sunday,
and I was witness to some unhappy travelers who were denied
drinks at the airport.
 
The Episcopal Cathedral and also the RC Cathedral are close to
Temple Square.  It will be interesting to see what the Mormons  think
of all those GC Episcopalians.
