The blizzards are mainly affecting the Boston area - not here. Down there 
they have over 3 feet of snow on the ground right now - a bit more than we 
have.

The main problem is the cold, which is affecting all of New England. 
Temperatures have been well below average for the past several weeks, with 
no end in sight. It's mid-February and it should be starting to get 
noticeably warmer, with sugaring starting soon. Not this year.

And, a prayer request - that the water in the boiler in our house in Mass. 
holds out a little longer. Gave a key to our neighbor, but, with an 
additional 18" or so since I was there last and shoveled, she isn't really 
physically able to get into the house. And it's cold there, too - several 
days of below-zero lows, which is practically unheard-of there.

Yes, we've had nice 70'ish day weather but cold is coming and maybe
'frost'.... our first and maybe only.  My heart goes out to all of you on
the east coast and those affected by the blizzards.  I know what that's
like, but it has been almost 30 years.... I had just a touch in January when
I was in Boston for 3 days on the front of the first big one.
