Tonight is the very first episode from October 1975 (Geo Carlin, Janis Joplin, Andy Kaufman, etc), and tomorrow (at I believe 8 pm) is a 3-hour anniv celebration, with some newbies skitting with the elder survivors.

I was only 10 years old what the debut happened, but it wasn't long after that that I was plugged in, even though it was quite some time before I was allowed to stay up and watch it.
