[Magdalen] Prayers for Keith

Prayers answered, thank you so much...
My sister just phoned, to say that cytology came back and the lesions are
just fatty stuff that has somehow acquired a blood supply.
Why Keith has these fatty changes to his liver I really don't know - he's
not a great drinker and tries to eat healthy food - but clearly there is
room for improvement.
Dr Linda's comment on Jay's advice on radiologists:
"Mostly when radiologists are asked what they think, they generally think
there is another appropriate investigation that could earn them a lot more
money".
In this case, an MRI which not only cost a lot more money but pushed
anxiety off the scale when they looked at it and still wanted a biopsy!!
But as the panic subsides here is much to be learned from going through
something like this even for a day or two. Mostly, all I wanted was for
things to be "normal" and to do normal things, whilst fearing that the "new
normal" would sweep all of it away. It felt like slowly wading into icy
water that was getting deeper...
Keith never really thought about the possibilities, he simply dismissed it
all but I couldn't do that. Now he's grounded for a day or two as the
radiologist said he'd better not fly. And THAT advice sounds like sense!!
Again, thank you for prayers and all the support
