[Magdalen] Kate Conant?

Kate's in the eastern panhandle, and this is in Fayette County, 
according to the reports I read. Fayette County is near the left (right 
as you view the map) shoulder blade if the state is looked at as a frog 
leaping toward the SE - which would put Kate in the left rear leg. 
(<grin> Eighth grade WV history and a family full of Golden Horseshoe 
winners.)
