[Magdalen] help / upload pdf files not working

I'm trying to upload pdf files from my computer to a website (making a biz 
card).... when I use the upload tool on the website, my available uploads do 
not show pdf files in the drop down box so none of them are 'visible' when 
I'm trying to find them to upload...

Any thoughts?
