Marion... what if you do the absolute minimum to get the house on the
market... are you charged by the court to put it up for sale with the
ultimate effort? Are you sharing in the profits? If not, why worry about
getting it sold quickly and in 'pristine' shape? Just wondering as I read
what you've written.  I am out of town on a biz display trip and have been
reading sporadically so did not have the complete picture of your dilemma
until just now, hence the questions above.  (I was also reading the most
recent posts first, which really confused me yesterday).
So sorry all this is so overwhelming....  I do understand somewhat.
