[Magdalen] Another bicycle question

My brother the doctor had to give up running years ago when his knees
wouldn't take it any more. He took up cycling instead and sometimes
clocks as much as 200 miles a week. He says he is going to have to have
knee replacements eventually but is putting that off as long as possible
because he "doesn't have time." (He is still working full time and very
active)
