Love it!

There was an NBC employee version that started

Huntley and Brinkley were whooping it up
in Hurley;s Saloon downstairs . . .

(Don’t remember the rest,  but it got scatological in an early 1960s sort of way 
<g>; it tracked Services' "A bunch of the boys).

What's not widely known was that officially, Huntley was a staff announcer while
Brinkley was a reporter - different AFTRA agreement  rules.

I worked for a radio station (Sunday morning God-Squad hours, mainly)  co-owned
by Huntley in Riverhead, LI one summer.
