In one course I took, the point given was that Paul was probably author of five of the letters attributed to him:   1 Corinthian, Thessalonians (or was it Titus?), Ephesians, and Philemon, and I don’t remember the fifth.

They are the most liberal of the letters.  The more conservative ones most likely were NOT written by Paul.
