Yes in Chelsea AND 1/2 block from great subway hub and 2 short blocks from General Seminary
Lynn still waiting to experience my Airbnb next week. I will report back on that.

stayed there in June of 2013.  It's a little hard to get rooms (you take
your chances if you wait till the last minute -- but I got lucky with a
cancellation).  But it's a very pleasant place to stay, with nice common
areas (somewhere between a good hotel and a hostel), and a lovely buffet
breakfast (that you pay extra for).  Very reasonable, and a great location
(isn't it in Chelsea, Lynn?).
