Since I'm on the road, I'm watching quite a bit of television (hotels
are ratcheting back the wattage in their lightbulbs, making it
difficult to read in the evening and besides--I'm tired).

I have a strange relationship with the Weather Channel, and
mourn the fact that out here there's only one PBS station (there
are five at home). Haven't met the Duggars yet, but discovered
something called the 700 Club this morning, Jesus! I mean
Jesus!

Set up bluetooth in the car yesterday (I was idling in the
hotel parking lot, not driving) and rolled into Florida listening
to my Motown playlist, all 256 songs on shuffle. Nearly had a
heart attack when Siri suddenly told me to take the next exit.
