[Magdalen] Heather Cook out on bail

I was at a board meeting of my art co-op today and the subject of Cook came
up.....I am the only Epicopalian in the bunch, and I didn't bring it up, I
promise! The general consensus seems to be that if she got a high bond it
was because leaving the scene implied she is a flight risk. Makes sense to
me.
