He says he is a priest of the Scottish Episcopal Church who is 
commenting on what is happening in another Province of the Anglican 
Communion.  It should also be noted that officially Anglican tradition 
encompasses both those who say all orders of ordained ministry are open 
to women and those who say that only men may validly be ordained.
